Getting a quote
Quotes are obligation free. The quickest way to get one is a phone call — most jobs can be scoped over the phone, and anything that needs eyes on it gets an on-site look.
What helps us quote accurately
- Photos of the problem. Wide shot plus a close-up. This is the single most useful thing you can send.
- Where it is. Suburb, and whether it’s a house, unit, commercial site or strata building.
- What’s happening, in your own words. “Water staining on the ceiling under the balcony” is more useful than a guess at the cause.
- How long it’s been going on, and whether anyone has attempted a repair before.
What happens next
We’ll talk through the likely cause and what the fix involves. If a site visit is needed, we’ll arrange a time. Diagnosis comes before pricing on remedial work — the repair and the cost both depend on what’s actually failing.
